Thank you for shopping at Michelle Farmer Collaborate. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Products purchased on the web can be returned or exchanged within 7 days receiving your items.

  • Please note, Sale items, Swimwear, Lingerie and Jewelry purchases are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.
  • We will only accept web purchase returns that are as follows:
  • Web purchases must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging with original tags and labels attached.

We will not be held responsible for items damaged by the customer . Damaged items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Please note that products that do not meet our return criteria are not returnable.


To Return an item

Please include a copy of your original receipt along with your contact information. Please note the reason for your return on the receipt.

  • All returns must be sent insured for the full value of your purchase with signature required.
  • We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged due to shipping. Michelle Farmer will not issue refunds or store credits for items lost or damaged due to shipping.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Michelle Farmer Collaborate.


Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.


Sales items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
